Hington Klarsey designates a number of legally distinct and separate legal entities which are: Hington Klarsey International Ltd (based in England) which manages brand issues for Europe and North America; and Hington Klarsey Asia Ltd. (currently being developed) based in Hong Kong and which, from November, will manage brand issues for the Asia Pacific region. These two structures bring together complementary skills and expertise in order to offer services and consultancy regarding corporate brand images and to protect the honour of individuals.

The Hington Klarsey brand is used by these structures with the permission of its owner, Hington Klarsey Ltd registered at Companies House of England and Wales under the number 6558870.
